Kemin Nutrisurance: Proteus
Scope: Full facility integration | Duration: 2 years
A complete facility build encompassing 8 control cabinets, 8 AOB cabinets, and 19 HMI cabinets with 1,456 I/O points. ICS designed, built, and programmed the entire control system and developed a custom SCADA dashboard for real-time monitoring and cellular notifications. Read more →
Ajinomoto Rice Line 4
Scope: Complete processing/packaging line | Duration: 2 years
Full integration of a rice production line with two main control cabinets and 20 secondary cabinets for I/O, AOB devices, and HMIs. The line runs on Allen Bradley controls with FactoryTalk SE for HMI operations. Read more →
Halliburton Sand Plants

ICS provided design, installation, and ongoing controls support for nine sand transload facilities. Each plant handles 100 rail cars and 500 trucks daily. ICS built four PLC control panels and five VFD panels per site and developed a custom Ignition dashboard that was featured in the Wall Street Journal and Houston Chronicle.
Halliburton RFID Sand Transload Facility
Scope: Automation & RFID tracking system
ICS delivered a comprehensive RFID tracking and automation system for Halliburton’s largest sand transload facility. The system tracks railcar identification, sand inventory across multiple silos, truck loading operations, and shipping documentation—providing real-time visibility and reducing manual data entry. Nestle Purina – New Production Line

ICS partnered with six OEMs to build a complete production line including dry bulk bins, extruders, conveyors, cutting systems, dryers with alarm notifications, bucket elevators, and a new packaging line—all tied together with HMIs and custom SCADA reporting. Read more →

Batesville, Arkansas – Water Treatment Plant Improvements
Scope: Plant-wide upgrades | Duration: 2 years | Completing January 2027
A comprehensive water treatment plant modernization including a new AVEVA InTouch SCADA system, security access and camera systems, 7 new control panels, PLC and HMI upgrades, 108 new device installations, PLC programming, and full device calibration.
Joplin Wastewater Treatment – Multiple Plant Upgrades
Scope: Multi-site upgrades across 29 locations | Duration: 1 year + 3-year service contract
ICS deployed a new Ignition Cloud SCADA system across Joplin’s Shoal Creek and Turkey Creek wastewater facilities plus 28 remote lift stations. The project included PLC and HMI upgrades at 17 locations, communications upgrades at 29 remote sites, and new control panels with integrated security systems. Read more →
