Project Overview

The Proteus project was a multifaceted, full-facility build that required a diverse range of engineering and design skills. ICS assembled a team of engineers and designers who worked together to bring this complex system to life from initial concept through production startup.

Design & Fabrication

The design phase involved creating detailed schematics for 8 control cabinets, 8 AOB cabinets, and 19 HMI cabinets encompassing 1,456 I/O points. ICS then physically built all panels and integrated every I/O component into a cohesive system.

SCADA & Monitoring

A custom-built SCADA dashboard was developed for real-time reporting, device status monitoring, data collection, and cellular notification to keep operators informed around the clock.

Integration

ICS integrated its proprietary designs and programming with multiple OEM systems and processes, enabling the plant to effectively and efficiently establish sellable product output.
