Most OEM equipment arrives with its own PLC or control system that needs to communicate with your plant-wide SCADA, MES, or data collection systems. ICS programs the communication interfaces between new OEM controllers and your existing Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or other platform PLCs. We establish Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT connections depending on your network architecture.
Installing a single machine is straightforward, but integrating it into an existing production line requires careful coordination of conveyors, sensors, interlocks, and timing. ICS engineers the upstream and downstream connections, programs handshake logic between machines, and commissions the entire line to run as a coordinated system.
