Every ICS project follows a structured methodology. We begin with discovery and scope definition, working with your operations and engineering teams to understand the process requirements. We then develop a Functional Design Specification (FDS) that documents exactly how the system will operate. Engineering and fabrication happen at our Joplin facility, where we simulate and test as much as possible before arriving on-site. Installation and commissioning are planned around your production schedule to minimize downtime. After go-live, we provide training and ongoing support.
